Reggie has a wide variety of litigation experience. He has handled employment-related disputes, class actions, collective actions, compensation disputes, trade secret matters, breach of contract lawsuits, and various business torts. In addition, he has resolved numerous employment disputes related to race, sex, age, and disability discrimination and is adept at partnering with clients to develop strategies and policies to prevent future claims.
