Nick brings extensive experience advising and representing clients across a wide range of industries, including academia, athletics, insurance, financial services, and technology. He has defended and prosecuted complex matters involving antitrust, contractual disputes, business torts, data privacy, media law, and employment law. Nick is also deeply committed to pro bono work, having represented migrants seeking asylum and civil rights organizations in efforts to protect and strengthen voter rights.
Nick has developed comprehensive expertise across all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs; conducting in-depth legal research; and monitoring changes in the law. He has managed complex discovery processes, such as strategizing discovery responses, taking and defending depositions, overseeing large-scale document review teams, and leading fact development initiatives. Additionally, Nick has prepared key witnesses for trial, crafted persuasive trial exhibits, and supported direct examinations.
Currently, Nick focuses on prosecuting and defending cases involving consumer protection laws, deceptive business practices, product liability, and toxic torts. He earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
