Maria G. Enriquez has over 30 years of experience in commercial insurance coverage law. For 25 of those years, she represented large commercial insurance companies in all aspects of complex commercial coverage and bad faith litigation in courts across the country and in private arbitrations in London. She has analyzed coverage issues nationwide for commercial losses under primary, umbrella, excess liability, first party property, professional liability, representation and warranty, and other specialty lines insurance policies including Self-Insured Retentions and Bermuda Form policies.
Maria has provided seminars and educational presentations to clients, third-party administrators, brokers and insurers’ policyholder clients. She has consulted with hospitals, municipalities, Fortune 100 and 500 companies and small businesses with respect to their risks and coverages under first party and commercial liability policies. Maria has successfully first chaired trials and litigated cases across the country and before judges and juries in state, federal, and appellate courts.
Maria is using her many years of experience representing commercial insurance companies to now assist policyholders in their efforts to recover insurance proceeds under their commercial insurance policies.
