Catherine has over 16 years of litigation experience in a diverse array of practice areas in both federal and state courts.
Catherine began her legal career working almost exclusively on qui tam/False Claims Act cases. Her practice was focused on representing whistleblowers with information about fraud against government health insurance programs, as well as fraud committed by private contractors under government infrastructure construction projects and under contracts with the Department of Defense.
After almost a decade dedicated to whistleblower representation, Catherine transitioned to general litigation. She has since represented clients in a wide range of general litigation matters such as contract disputes, construction defect litigation, employment disputes, and intellectual property matters. Catherine has also successfully defended clients involved in federal government investigations by the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Special Investigator General for Afghanistan Reconstruction.
Catherine grew up in Quebec, Canada, and is fluent in both English and French.

Black Belt
I stuck with taekwondo long enough to get a black belt while in college, and I have been doing CrossFit and Olympic lifting classes for the last 10 years.
Just a Small-Town Girl
I grew up in a tiny, rural town in Quebec that’s named after my father’s family. Which is probably why I’ve spent most of my adult life in large American cities where there’s a lot to do and I can blend in anonymously.
Four Legged Friends
I’m a dog person and my favorite breed is the beagle.
