Seth’s practice is focused on defending consumer class actions, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other claims under both state and federal law. In addition, Seth has experience representing clients across the country in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters involving trade secrets, breach of contract, commercial leasing, land use, and a variety of business torts.
Seth has experience both at the trial and appellate court level as well as other forums such as the American Arbitration Association and various administrative agencies.
